Oversight access
For the Office of the Auditor General, the procurement review committee and PPMO’s own monitoring division. Read-only, full depth, and every page opened is itself logged.
• Draft tenders and the changes made to them
• Every flag, who dismissed it and the
reason typed
• Internal approval notes
• Evaluation marks by member
• The complete sign-in and action log
Unopened bids remain closed to everyone, including oversight, until the opening hour.
A bidder files a complaint with the public entity within the time the Act allows, and may appeal to the review committee. The committee opens the whole record of that procurement — including drafts and overrides — and its decision is published on the procurement’s own page.
14 complaints open · median decision time 19 days
Open the complaints registerEvery record is append-only: a correction is a new entry, never an erasure. The trail holds who, what, when, from where, and the reason given.
Retention: the life of the contract plus ten years.
Search the trail| Procurement | Entity | Value | Why it was sampled | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hospital equipment, 12 districts | MoHP | रु ९.१ क | Single bidder; specification names one model | Open |
| Bharatpur water supply, phase 1 | Bharatpur MC | रु २०.१ क | Final value 10.4% above signed value | Open |
| Three road sections, Bagmati | DoR Kathmandu | रु ७१.० क | Three contiguous packages under a threshold | Open |
| Ambulance supply, 7 provinces | MoHP | रु ७.५ क | Same supplier as four other health contracts this year | Open |
Sampling is a reading order, not an accusation. Auditors choose what to examine; the list only says where the data is unusual.
