Recover an account
Three ways in, depending on what you still have. None of them asks anyone for your password — the help desk cannot see it and will never ask.
Telephone the help desk and say so. The account is suspended at once, with every session ended. Bids already submitted are not withdrawn by suspension — a submitted bid can only be withdrawn by the account that sent it, before the closing hour.

1 · I know my user name
Send a reset linkA link valid for 30 minutes goes to the registered email, and a code to the registered mobile. Both are needed.
2 · I have forgotten my user name
Send me my user name3 · The mobile number has changed
This cannot be done online, because it is how an account is stolen. Telephone the help desk from any number with the PAN certificate and the citizenship of the authorised signatory to hand; the desk verifies against the registry and changes it with a recorded reason.
